FAQ & safety

Straight answers about safety, what's inside and how it works.

  • Licensed nurses
  • A doctor reviews every booking
  • Sterile, single-use equipment
  • Yes, for most healthy adults. Every drip is set up by a licensed nurse using sterile, single-use equipment, after a doctor has reviewed your health information. Your nurse stays with you the whole time and keeps an eye on how you feel.

  • A doctor reviews every booking. You fill in a short health questionnaire on WhatsApp, and before starting, your nurse checks your blood pressure and pulse and asks about allergies and medication.

  • A sterile saline or electrolyte solution for hydration, plus vitamins and minerals depending on the drip, for example B vitamins, vitamin C and magnesium. Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll send the full ingredient list for any drip.

  • Most drips take 45–60 minutes. NAD+ takes 2–3 hours. After you confirm, a nurse usually arrives in about an hour.

  • Only a quick pinch when the small cannula goes in. After that, most people relax, scroll their phone or take a nap.

  • By card or in cash, at the visit. Prices are in EUR, and your total is confirmed on WhatsApp before the nurse sets off.

  • You can cancel free of charge any time before your nurse sets off. Once the nurse is on the way, the visit fee is charged.

  • IV drips are not suitable for everyone, for example if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have heart or kidney disease, or take certain medications. The doctor review will flag this. For a medical emergency, call 112.

  • Hotels, hostels, Airbnbs and homes across Istanbul on both the European and Asian side, including Sultanahmet, Beyoğlu, Şişli, Beşiktaş and Kadıköy, plus both airports. Somewhere else? Just ask.
