Beşiktaş is a student and football neighbourhood with cheap bars in the Çarşı streets, shared flats, a few hostels and a couple of very fancy palace hotels on the water. After a match night or a long round of meyhanes, the Hangover Rescue drip (€169) is the usual pick here. Splitting a flat with friends?
